Good Community Practices Club is working actively to realize the following strategic goals:

• To assist the development and strengthening of moral values, civil society, health care, education, science, culture, technology and physical education

• To encourage the civil participation in the problem solving process, the effective expression of citizens’ opinion with regards to these problems, the increase of civil responsibility, as well as the development of personal and public consciousness in the frames of the civil society

• To assist the development of informed society, the collective and personal opinion on the necessity of measures aimed at strengthening public trust, conflict prevention and mutual tolerance, etc.

• To apply, multiply and establish good practices within the youth policies; to work with and for disadvantaged young people; to provoke interest towards sports activities and healthy way of life; to create preconditions for:
  • increased interest towards higher education, professional orientation and qualifications
  • improved mutual tolerance between young people with different status quo
  • decrease in youth violence, etc.

• To provide social support and to assist the professional orientation

• To organize and realize a wide variety of professional training programs, as well as qualification and re-qualification of the unemployed

• To carry out environmental initiatives aimed at environment preservation and development of ecotourism

• To support the satisfaction of the country’s needs for highly qualified specialists and to establish an effective and valid qualification and re-qualification system of personnel in various fields of the public sector

• To realize broad and mutually advantageous collaboration with Bulgarian and foreign state, municipal and all other kinds of bodies and organisations with a view to exchange information about the organization, the support and realization of the goals and activities of the Club – as a fundamental guarantee for the democracy – as well as about the development of the civil society mainly in the social field, the protection of personal, communal and other civil rights and freedoms, the equality of individuals and social groups, the support and encouragement of the civil participation in the process of solving problems of common significance, the environmental activities

• To participate in national-based and international initiatives in support of intercultural dialogue, the preservation of cultural and historical heritage and the development of cultural tourism

• To cooperate for acknowledgement of the millennium goals (MDG) and to support their application within the civil society

• To fight corruption and fraud and to support the good governing of the country and the guaranteeing the human rights

• To assist the implementation of health policies in all fields of the public life by improving the health sector policy towards:
  • prevention of significant diseases
  • introduction of modern medicinal methods
  • control over the symptoms and increase of life quality following specific treatments
